I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious and well-maintained rooms, though they appeared a bit outdated. The service was friendly, but there were some misses like not knowing about my confirmation. The location was great, right in the heart of everything, but the outdoor seating didn't open until 9 AM. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice to look at and clean for the value, making my stay very comfortable. However, the cigarette smoke smell in the nonsmoking room was a downside. The service was professional and friendly, but there was an incident where they tried to charge extra for an accidental mistake by a family member. The location was great with lovely gazebos and a pool that made me feel at home, but the delayed outdoor seating and some noisy incidents nearby were a bit off-putting. The dining experience was okay with a continental breakfast, but more hot items would have been nice. The hotel facilities were good overall.
